NORDAM offers military leave for up to five years to employees who serve in the U.S., with continued compensation and benefits in most cases. For those active reservists and military who require training, NORDAM pays 80% of the training hours (up to 90 hours). For those called into active duty, we provide two weeks of pay and regular benefits, which is beyond USERRA requirements.
