| Q: I used to enter my username and
password to login to NORDAM eBusiness. Now it's asking for my email address.
What happened to the username? |
| |
A: In order to simplify the login
process and bolster security, we now request your email address as a login
name. By doing this, you have only one unique word to worry about -- your
password. |
| |
| Q: I entered my email address and
password, but it's telling me that no such user exists. What can I do? |
| |
A: Your email address may not be up-to-date in
our records. If your email address has changed since you registered for
eBusiness, try using your old email address. If this does not solve your
problem, report the problem by clicking here. |
| |
| Q: I have been entering eBusiness
through the account of an employee who no longer works at my company. How can I
change this? |
| |
A: Click here and
report this. Your request will be directed to the appropriate person at NORDAM,
who will be in further contact with you. |
| |
| Q: When I login, the site tells me
that my password has expired. How do I reset my eBusiness Password? |
| |
A: You must submit a request for a new
password. A temporary password will be sent via email enabling you
to login and then create a new password.
