We are committed to helping shape our future workforce through educational outreach that links to career pathways. NORDAM supports community and educational nonprofits focusing on science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) education, and those that bolster and advance our society. Our stakeholders can be found volunteering throughout the region in many roles. You can find us in a classroom of aviation maintenance students, serving at the annual United Way Day of Caring, donating toys during the holidays, and supporting the Tulsa Regional STEM Alliance’s student programs.
